Order & Return Information
My Shipping Address is Incorrect.
We can update that for you if your order has not shipped. Provide us with the new and complete address you need this shipped to, and be sure to include the order number that needs this change. Email us using our Contact Us form and please remember to include your order number in the subject line and the words “Address Change”.
My Tracking Number Does Not Work.
Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to appear. If it’s been a few days and there still aren’t any updates, contact us her Contact Us, or call us at +1 707-559-8448.
When Will I Get My Order
Time in transit from our warehouse to your front door can take anywhere from a few days to about a week. If you order shipped USPS First Class it can take 1-5 days and if you chose a priority method it will take the time listed for delivery by that service.
If you received a product that is incorrect, damaged or not what you were expecting please contact us by clicking on Contact Form, and provide us with the following information:
- Original order number found on your receipt/invoice.
- Tell us the reason for the return
- Tell us if you are looking for a replacement, refund or credit. If you are looking for a replacement please tell us the style, size, model, color, etc. that you are looking to receive. Also, please state the reason for the return e.g. damage, wrong size, etc.
- Once you have sent this information we will reply to you, and let you know that you can return the item to us.
- You MUST include the Return Form with the product for it to be properly processed. We will email a copy of this form to you upon receipt of your return request.
- Please use the Return Label that was included with the original order to return the product. If you do not use the Return Label we included we do not accept responsibility for return shipping charges. See below for more details on return shipping fees.
Returns must be in original condition, unworn/unused/unwashed with the original tags and labels . Your return item(s) will be inspected upon arrival before your refund is processed.
It can take up to 10 business days for us to receive and process your return after your ship it. Once processed, your refund can take 2-7 business days to reflect on your account statement. If you are requesting replacement product we will ship this which can then take 2-7 business days to arrive. Once we process your return you will receive an email from us explaining the forthcoming process.
Original shipping charges are not included in the refunded price. We do provide a return label for orders shipped within the United States. For use of this label, we’ll deduct $9.99 from the credit you’ll be receiving to cover return shipping costs. If the return is our fault, we’ll cover this charge.
If items are returned after our 45 day return policy, we will not be able to accept your return and will donate your merchandise to a charity of our choice. A refund will not be credited to your account.
WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR THE ACCEPTANCE, SAFEKEEPING AND/ OR RETURN OF ANY ITEMS THAT YOU SHIP TO US IN ERROR (I.E., ITEMS THAT WERE NOT PURCHASED ON OUR SITE) (“ERRONEOUS RETURN”). If we nevertheless receive and accept an Erroneous Return, we may require, in our sole discretion, that you pay a reasonable processing and shipping fee in order to cover the costs of shipping the Erroneous Return (“Return Fee”) back to you. Once received, we will use commercially reasonable efforts to notify you and hold the Erroneous Return for a reasonable period of time not to exceed 30 days. If we are unable to contact you or we do not receive payment of the Return Fee, if any, during that time, we may destroy the Erroneous Return or donate it to a charity of our choice.
